I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with holiday decor. I want the table to feel festive and acknowledge the Purim story, but I really don’t want my dining room to look like a costume shop exploded in it. My goal is always Attainable Sophistication—taking a theme and making it feel thoughtful. This year, I’m playing with two looks that feel polished and intentional, using things you probably already own mixed with a few smart, budget-friendly finds.
Royal Theme
Forget the heavy jewel tones usually associated with royalty. This year, I’m leaning into a lighter vibe. It’s light, airy, and feels incredibly polished for a spring Seudah.

Circus Theme
To keep a circus theme from looking “cheap,” we skip the primary colors and go for a polished vintage aesthetic—think. It’s whimsical, but completely classy.
