As an interior designer, cleaning isn’t something I usually blog about. Most of my posts are about interior design (duh!) or organizing your home. But even though you may not like it, cleaning your home is an essential part of keeping it beautiful and functional. I do not love cleaning my home but these are the products that make it seem (slightly) less of a chore. So in the spirit of Pesach, I’m venturing into new territory with this post and giving you my favorite cleaning products. Because no matter how beautiful your home is, if it never gets clean, well, it might not look so beautiful anymore 🙂 Here are some of my favorite cleaning products in no particular order.

These are great for cleaning walls, bathtubs, oven doors and more with just a little bit of water.

This is amazing for cleaning stainless steel pots and pans, bathtubs, and grills. All the dirt literally slides right off!

What are these wipes not good for? I use them to clean my bathroom from top to bottom and great when your table needs a quick wipedown.

This is the most lovely scented all-purpose cleaner I have found. I also love Method products since they are all-natural so don’t have that chemical smell. An added bonus is that almost all Method spray bottles are square-shaped which makes them a lot easier to store next to eachother.

This is a great tool when you just need a quick vacuum. It also comes with great attachments. And because it is so much lighter than your regular vacuum and cordless, you my find you never use your larger vacuum again which is exactly what happened to me 🙂

Method Squirt & Mop Floor Cleaner
If you hate mopping (like me), this squirt and mop floor cleaner is amazing because you don’t need a bucket. Just squirt directly on the floor and mop away. It also comes in a hardwood version here.

Another product that has a great scent. It’s bleach-free and dissolves soap scum as well as mold.

When you use a duster, the dust just flies back into the air. With just a little bit of water or cleanser, this washable and reusable sponge absorbs all the dust so you are actually getting rid of the dust.

Method Heavy Duty Degreaser for Stoves and Ovens
This isn’t as heavy-duty as easy off but it still works really well as more of an everyday oven cleaner. Especially if you don’t want to keep highly toxic chemicals in your house all the time.

Just sprinkle on your carpet a few minutes before you plan on vacuuming and it will make your whole house smell so good!

I always keep this handy for the inevitable spills on the couch or rug. Spray, let sit for a few minutes, and then blot.

This is very possibly my favorite cleaning product on here. Every night, I just turn this on in my kitchen and playroom and voila. All the crumbs from the day are gone without any effort on my part.

Although this isn’t a house cleaning product, it is a very useful one, especially this time of year. Use it on any area of your car and it removes stains instantly.
